This literally was around the corner from the central train station which was convenient to get to all the tourist spots, dining, shopping and other transportation. The room/property was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Great room for a family of 4. Close to the train station. Clean and quiet. Check in was a little confusing because it wasn't clear from the listing and initial check in information that there is no staff at the property and door codes must be received prior to arrival.

A wonderful unit and a wonderful location! Absolutely recommend staying here if ever in Florence. So close to the train station but also all the sites. The room was very comfortable and the AC was powerful. Loved it!

Great spot near train station

We needed a place to stay near the tram station for our last night before flying home. The location was perfect (not far from the train from Rome, and close to the tram to the airport the next day). The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the communication about how to get in/submit our passports was clear and efficient. The only downside was the steep, narrow final flight of stairs to the apartment.

This guest house was amazing. Upgraded amenities. Very nicely decorated! Rooms were very clean. Wish we were able to stay longer. Shower was spacious. Room was spacious. Easy check-in process. Right next to train station and tram to the airport. I highly recommend the Apollo Guest House!

The property is located on one of the busiest streets in Florence. We booked a room for four people. The listing on Expedia stated the room was on the third floor, but in reality, the elevator only goes up to the third floor—you then have to climb two more flights of very narrow stairs to reach the room. We had three large suitcases and had to carry them up those tight staircases ourselves. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower had drainage issues. This property does not reflect the price I paid. Additionally, the listing mentioned on-site laundry, but there was no laundry machine—only a laundry service. Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with the experience. A totally rip off!

This hotel is really well placed if you’re travelling by train, literally round the corner from the main station in Florence. The rooms are on the 3rd floor but there is a lift if you’re travelling with luggage. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and toiletries. There were even a few different bottles of wine in the room with wine glasses priced between €10-€15 which we thought was a really nice touch. Our room had a small balcony too which was lovely to sit on with a drink. The area around the building is pretty busy due to its location to the train station, so you could hear some noise from outside, but it didn’t really affect us. If you’re sensitive to it though I’d recommend bringing earplugs. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice guest house close to Florence train station

Nice guest house close to Florence station with an elevator. There is no 24x7 reception but provided instructions for getting keys and check-in were very clear. Only issue I noticed was with sewer smell from bathroom in one of the room. I told them about this issue and they assigned me a different room next day. I was lucky that they had free room available next day.

Very convenient location. Very clear instructions as well. Room was pretty good size and very clean. Only small issue was the internet was unstable, maybe because our room was tucked right in the corner (Room 6). Overall, would recommend.
