"The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff at the desk was friendly. My only complaint was that one elevator was down. We were on the fifth floor and the hotel was very busy for Labor Day weekend so we ended up using the stairs a lot. It seems to me that there should be a service elevator as well as two guest elevators."

"The room was relatively clean except : the floors weren’t swept or cleaned well. My son’s feet turned black the first night. That didn’t make or break my experience though. Breakfast was a good variety, eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy with waffles, bagels and yogurt. So yummy! Hot water was unlimited!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The room is clean, staff helpful, a great location and the price is excellent. Our AC unit leaked on the floor which soaked the carpet but we used towels to cover it. We were in town for the Bourbon Festival in Bardstown. It is a quick trip to and from."

"The room was clean. The bathroom towels seemed overused and threadbare. The carpet was dingy. All the staff were really nice. Gordon Ramsey Steak is fantastic. It has been the reason for our last two stays here. The hotel is okay."
