I did not have a working phone so I had to go to another hotel and request owner to call my hotel! I was told that somebody is at the desk most of the time but I did not see anyone at the desk for the 2 days I was there nor when I checked out by just leaving the key at reception since no one answered the bell again. Absentee owner hotel.. will not...
