"Nuria was very helpful from the time we arrived until arranging transportation when we checked out. There's a nice lounge with 24 hour coffee tea and water as well as a free happy hour 7-8. The location was off the street so everything was very quiet, but easy to access the main street."

"We rented 2 bedroom apartment and spent 4 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. Having 2 separate rooms made it easier to adjust sleep schedules and deal with the jet lag. Location was great. Surrounding area seemed upscale and felt very safe. It was a bit of a walk to gothic quarters but was happy that I chose this area as there were constructions going on at La Rambla street. Staff were wonderful. This place has the best of both apartment and hotel. It has a full size kitchen and washer...

"Circa 1905 is centrally located in the De L’eixample neighborhood and only steps away from Gaudi’s La Pedrera. The BnB is tastefully appointed - understated and comfortable - in keeping with its location in central Barcelona. Friends of ours stayed here a few years ago and give Circa 1905 rave reviews. We completely agree!"

"Staff were very friendly. Property was acceptably clean. It was a little dark (dark wood), would recommend a room over looking placia de gracia, as we had, to let in as much light as possible. Once construction is completed, it should be a lot quieter (although we hardly spent any time in the room during construction hours).Location was great, walkable to many locations in Barcelona, countless places to eat. Pool was clutch, as was the roof top bar. Appreciated the 2 free drinks!!! Gracias!"

"Hotel Gran Via is in an excellent location, not far from the Gothic quarter and centrally located. It is is in an older building that has been modernized while retaining the elegance of its older style. It has a beautiful central atrium, library, and dining area. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had many options, and the excellent coffee. Our room was very pleasant and spacious. The staff were courteous and helpful."

"Hotel mit Charme und sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Die Fenster waren teilweise nicht zu schließen, dasaß wir den Verkehr stark gehört haben. Die Instandhaltung der Badezimmer könnte besser sein, Lüfter lief nicht, Waschbeckenabfluss ließ sich nicht richtig bedienen."

"Staff are really really helpful, provide great instructions, ordering taxis and fixing any little problems. It’s in walking distance to a lot of shops, cabs/taxis are affordable to any of the sites. It’s around the corner from Casa Batlló and a quick walk to designer and high street shopping."
