"The property was amazing and in a great location straight across from the beach. The property was clean and well designed. Close to local restaurants. Pool facilities were great kids loved the spa. Only issue was there was a mix up with room keys being lost and never found thru our stay by previews rental people."

"The apartment 106A had unfortunately some maintenance issues. Also found sofa and bathroom floor needing a clean."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "

"We loved our stay at the tiny house! it was clean and cosey, I thought it was a lovely welcoming touch to have the radio on as we entered the house. Because of the bad weather (always happens to us, when we go away it rains) we were glad of the covered deck outside. We had a cheeky possum visit on the Friday night, we loved that, the lush rain forest foliage made us think we were alone and couldn't really see neighbours.
