The setting overlooking the Mansfield Ski Club was beautiful, including the general overall location in the rolling hills. The family was very friendly and wonderfully accommodating; it was a lot of fun to have breakfast with the whole clan and hear about their stories. We really enjoyed the warm, cozy, beautiful stay and would love to come back another time too.

Perfect and cozy
Everything was perfect. From the vintage house to the host. Very warm, very cozy, the house has a wonderful soul. Martin and his wife are just so welcoming and passionate about their BnB. Very lovely couple. The breakfast was great and the shared place enjoyable. We really felt at home. I strongly recommend. Thanks again!

The hosts were above expectations. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was five stars. They had 3 chickens freely walking around on-site, used for fresh eggs for breakfast! Definitely recommended.

Enjoyed my stay at this beautiful quaint and tranquil bed and breakfast. It was very relaxing surrounded by nature and beautiful backyard for hikes and walks. Martin and shalani were wonderful and so welcoming and accommodating ! Also the breakfast was so delicious. 🙂

The owners were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They kindly catered the breakfast to meet our food restrictions and quick to offer solutions to any problem we encountered. I enjoyed reading in the cozy living room in the evening. As we were the only guests in the accommodation during our stay it was peaceful and we hit the ski hills minutes after leaving the property..

Martin was a lovely host but the bef was uncomfortable, no wifi while we were there and for the price you wouldn’t expect to share a bathroom with two other rooms. Basic breakfast.

As for the bed I can only say that i'm sorry that it did not meet your requirements.Regarding your comments on the shared bathroom and the price, the Expedia site is explicit in their posted details and designed to provide a balance of expectations as is the review process.I I am deeply disappointed that your stay was not matched by your kind personal observations. A friendly stay in the Ontario countryside.
From a call just after booking to our initial greeting by our gregarious host we felt very welcome. The farmhouse is down a mostly quiet paved country road surrounded by nature. The farmhouse combines the stirdy old dining tables with modern appliances to ensure caracter and comfort. There's a large living room and sitting area with HD Satellite TV, good wifi internet modern large (shared) upstairs bathroom with glass enclosed shower and comfortable rooms. Note that there's no AC in the bedrooms so expect warmth in the peak summer .

We'll be back!
We had an absolutely brilliant time and this was one of the highlights of our trip to Canada! Due to some unforeseen circumstances we needed to make some last minutes changes to our accommodation but Martin was kind and welcoming and made sure we were very well taken care of!

Great place, super friendly, homely and awesome!
The owners were superb---friendly and offering knowledge of the local area. They made us feel super welcome and at home in their beautiful house. Will definitely come back here again. Plus Martin's secret scrambled egg recipe is really amazing.

This was our first B&B experience ever and we are glad it was at the Foxingham. It's located in a beautiful place, full of nature and starlit skies! It has that old school charm yet equipped with adequate amenities. The location is also convenient to many places of visit, we enjoyed the short drive to the Wasauga beach and to the town of Orangeville. Owner, Martin and Shalini are wonderfully hospitable people who take pride and care in what they do, they are resourceful, warm and friendly. The place was mindfully planned and kept. Good experience for anyone looking for a nice getaway and the breakfast was a great bonus! Martin is quite the host! Cheers to Foxingham.

Such a cute, quiet place. Beautiful old farmhouse and well-kept grounds. Hosts were friendly and interesting, but good about giving you your space. Very laid back. Doors and floors a bit creaky - part of the old house charm; however good to know if you are a light sleeper. Shared bathroom. They have a small dog.

B&B near Mansfield Ski Club
Stayed one night for my son’s ski race at Mansfield. Martin was a wonderful host! Called to make a reservation at a great little pub and made us a delicious breakfast ( very early). Came for a place to sleep but got a memorable experience. Thank you!!

I am a history buff, so I was pleased that this 1890 farmhouse was rescued from neglect and transformed into a comfortable home. Martin was a congenial host and I look forward to returning. This is located on the 17th Sideroad of Mulmur, which is a little north of County Road 17.

I was in the area for business and stayed at Foxingham Farms. Amazing hospitality by Martin who made sure I was well taken care of. My room was great and my only regret is how little time I got to spend enjoying it!

Relaxing weekend getaway
I went here with my mother for one night in September. Martin greeted us with tea which we really enjoyed. He and his wife have a beautiful home, situated in a quiet, green area. Our room was charming, and exceptionally clean. It is a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms however it was private and clean so we had no problems with it. The breakfast was amazing and Martin's company was truly enjoyable and relaxing. Our favourite part was sitting on a bench that he made out on the hill by the house, reading, and enjoying the sounds of nature. Only a 10-15min drive to the grocery and a few pubs and restaurants. Also, close by are some very lovely hiking trails such as Mono cliffs park. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and making our weekend getaway enjoyable and comfortable. :)

Quaint and cozy
Really enjoyed our stay. Martin was that good mix of being friendly, but also giving you your space. It is a shared bathroom, but it looks newly renovated and it's clean. There is a bathroom by the kitchen you can use if someone is having a shower and you need to go, so that was a bonus. No locks on the room doors, but everything felt very safe. Overall very pleasant stay. Good value.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast experience.
Martin is the best host you can imagine. I was going to arrive in Toronto on a red eye flight and he would have accommodated me very early - even if the room was still occupied. He reached out to provide detailed directions. The breakfast was delicious and so well presented.I was looking for an affordable place within 90 minutes of Toronto airport. It was a pleasure to discover the countryside and I am only sorry I could not have spent more time there as Martin had a whole list of things to do and see in the neighborhood The only thing that could be improved is the size of the bed ! I did not expect to find a Bed and Breaklfast on Hotels.com and it was a really good find for a great value

Wonderful stay at the Foxingham Farm
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Foxingham Farm B&B. Martin offered us tea when we arrived and gave us dinner recommendations to Mrs. Mitchell's which was a wonderful place to have a nice meal in a refurbished school house. We were lucky to be the only guests so we could enjoy the hot tub in the bathroom. We also had a great breakfast, prepared by Martin, with fruit, bagels, eggs and bacon. The house has much charm and the decor is pleasantly wonderful. I would definitely recommend this B&B for a nice and relaxing getaway in the country.

Very substantial breakfast. Lots of bacon. Very close to Mansfield Ski Club. Had a great time.

A Quaint Stay
I had a lovely stay at the Foxingham Farm Bed and Breakfast. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the Lavender Room and it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I was there for a workshop and couldn't enjoy the beautiful scenery but would like to bring my husband in the winter and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Victorian charm, a lovely room, a beautiful view
It was wonderful! Meandering in the beautiful countryside, hiking the Bruce trail, wine in the lovely garden at Foxingham Farm, coffee on the porch!

Great experience. Would definitely return. Only area of improvement would be the cleanliness of the shared bathroom. With a full house, it was in need of some daily cleaning.

Very nice couple. Martin was intent on accommodating us, greeting us right at our vehicle when we arrived and insisting on our going in to have some lemonade before anything else. He also gave us a history lesson on many things. Quite an enjoyable man! Nothing but kindness and smiles from the both of them. Made us feel right at home.
