Everything was clean, quiet spot and the garden is lovely. If you are at the Annex Building, there is no key for the front entrance so you have to keep in contact with who is on duty and that was inconvenient. "

"Overall ok experience. Seems that the Hotel does not communicate wel with Hotels.com. I was given the choice to pay upon check in...They charged my card two days prior to check in...exactly what I DID NOT want. Building is old. Staff is courteous. Birthday party at poolside one of the nights. Overall ok. "

"Absolutely loved it. The location is very convenient, with easy parking and a quick drive to anywhere in San Salvador. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was simple but enjoyable. Most importantly, everything was very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay longer, this may become my go-to place whenever I visit."

"Minimal breakfast, parking unsafe on the street. They were remodeling, noisy, dirty, workers on room window, No hot water on shower. A complete disaster AND refused to refund the day we did not spend there."

"Yes there were shops restaurants.,,,,no breakfast the room was clean but had no place to hang or put away clothes the bathroom was clean the sink had no counter space the AC worked fine the staff was friendly and nice I would not call it hotel more like motel"
