"Service is at a very “relaxed” pace, particularly in the restaurant. I couldn’t check in until 3pm so had a couple beers at the hostel next door. Location next to the dock is *super* convenient, but boat is traffic is constant so can be a bit noisy. Only a couple mins walk to Stand Up Paddle Atitlan (highly recommend their sunrise tour). Room was comfortable, although mine had no door between the bed and bathroom so something to keep in mind if you’re not traveling solo! Had a great view over...

"We (my wife our niece and her husband) pulled into the parking lot at the front of the hotel and checked in, apart from an initial confusion over the price between C dollars and Quetzals (my fault) all was good. We ordered food through the presented menu and dined in our room. Good service all round."

"This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. While the journey to Lake Atitlan can be challenging and dangerous, the mesmerizing view and the luxurious villa made the adventurous journey worth it. The villa was absolutely lovely! "The room was full of mosquitoes. Within a few minutes I had three bites. I asked the host what I could do and he gave me a spray. I sprayed the room but got two more bites. I left the guest house and asked for a refund of my reservation, but it was denied."
