"We (my wife our niece and her husband) pulled into the parking lot at the front of the hotel and checked in, apart from an initial confusion over the price between C dollars and Quetzals (my fault) all was good. We ordered food through the presented menu and dined in our room. Good service all round."

Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise.
