"Room was clean but the hotel has deteriorated a lot. Feels like a building that was once glorious. The hotel is under staffed and while the staff is polite, they lack any warmth or hospitality. However, the best part of this hotel is that they openly support queer rights and it’s a lovely surprise too see LGBTQ ally pins on ALL staff uniforms! I was overjoyed to see that!"
