My new home in Mumbai

Amazing stay, very friendly and helpful staff, specially manager Nikita very helpful on receiption. Surely I will recommend this hotel to my family n friends. Security very nice. Hygienic.

Excellent place to stay at a reasonable price

Stay was excellent. I stayed for 5 nights in last week of March’2021. Very comfortable and service is world class. Rooms are good sized and comfortable. Bathroom is neat and clean and shower is good and relaxing. Buffet breakfast is good though a bit repetitive. Lunch and dinner selection are good and reasonably priced. The entire hotel staff is very mindful of COVID 19 and takes good precautions. Good fitness center, Spa and the bar is excellent with good choices of whiskey.

Great rooms and excellent service

Hotel rooms are excellent. Dinner and breakfast was included in the package which meant we did not have to go out during peak covid season. The staff provided great service with food delivered to our rooms. Extra precautions were taken about cleanliness and social distancing. Parking location doesn’t have ventilation so an issue if you have a driver and car for overnight stay. They do have outside parking spaces which can be used in these cases. We had a third person in the room which created a hiccups during check-in but was sorted right away. Overall the stay was excellent and comfortable.

fect hotel

Very nice and welcoming place. Let us enter the room early and after we saw the place and the people, we becided we have nothing to look for in Mumbai this time, we stay in the hotel for a day and a half and our next exit was to the airport. The food is exellent, the service is exellent, the room is amazing, the pool was fantastic. One thing that I can suggest to make it even more perfect, a bit more toys in the Gymboree may be helpful. We will defenetly return to this hotel

Good value, best location.

You could even walk from arrivals to the hotel, however, I recommend catching a taxi or uber because the zone is not designed to walk. Best location if you have an early flight the day after and want to avoid getting stuck in a horrendous traffic jam. I didn't use many services of the hotel because I arrived late and left early, the staff is friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, good soundproofing rooms, I barely heard cars or airplanes in my room, comfortable bed, and pillows. I will definetively comeback again.

A business hotel with Excellent quality and servic

Hyatt Regency Mumbai was an exceptional hotel for business travelers needing to use an airport hotel close to the airport. The service, level of food quality and overall attention to every detail was above any of the hotels in the area. I used the Regency Club to work and entertain guests and it was quiet and a very good use of our time. The Italian Food Restaurant was very good quality food and excellent selection of wines. The front desk service attended to every need and the bellmen were amazing. I would recommend this hotel to every business traveler needing a hotel near the airport.

The hotel lobby and our room was beautiful. However, the incense in the lobby was too much. I didn't really like the food as everyone's pallet is different. There is a lot of security which one can appreciate depending on the person. The location of the hotel is not walkable to anything. The the pool was under maintenance so we were disappointed with that.

This is a true 5-star property, VERY close to the airport. If you have any experience with Mumbai traffic, you will know that is a BIG deal. Luxurious sunken bath area, deep soaking tub, spacious room, and extremely comfortable bed. I needed a good rest before a long flight home, and this was just what the doctor ordered. Only minor quibble is that a few more outlets would have been nice. Like many, I have a lot of devices to charge when I travel.
