Disliked: Cleanliness
Room needed refurbishing, the carpet was in a very poor state , blinds were stained and tatty , loose socket fixtures, reading light was hanging from the wall. The bathroom was lovely. Staff were good and attentive, At dinner we had the set meze. The Lebanese chef was very good. For wine, my first 3 choices were all out of stock. They offered a bottle of 2020 Australian Chardonnay that was not good. I had to send it back. I think it was old. The manager agreed. I doubt they sell much wine here so stocks don’t turnover much. Having been to this hotel 8 years ago we had high expectations. It really looks tired and in need of renovation in some areas. The corridor carpets on the 4th level are in an horrendous state. Very worn. Didn’t look like they had been vacuum cleaned for days. Very disappointing stay for a hotel with such a huge display case of awards.
Building was very rundown the carpets in the lobby where very worn out, the ceiling in the lobby had cracked glasses and rainwater was dripping through very poor conditions in the lobby and
Worst experience ever in my life.
Staff was impolite
I asked for late chck out in night to the night manger he denied as he said they are sold out but when i checked online rooms were available.
I had to pay full night charge and extend the room.
Worst hospitality i have ever seen in my life.
The facilities are good. The restaurants are good. But the rooms are in bad shape. The bathrooms def need an upgrade. The workmanship is shoddy. The floor lobby that leads up to the room looks dingy. The carpet is stained. The facilities are fine the rooms are not. It is walking distance from the domestic terminal.

Save your money
Save your money. Checkin took forever. When I arrived at my room there were no towels, the WIFI was not working, and no menu for mini bar to know what drinks and snacks cost. Called three times to finally get a wifi code so it would work. Had to make a separate call to get towels. Had to call three more times and talk to four different people to get the mini bar menu. Before they would give it to me they required a deposit of 5k Rupee. No info on how to get the TV working so that was another call. The lady forgot something at checkin so came to room for my passport and visa. First of the five hotels I stayed at during my time in India that asked to see a copy of my visa paperwork. The bell man and the people that stand outside greeting cars and such are the only good thing this hotel has going for it. They were super nice and very helpful!
The property is alright, but the bathrooms are dated. The restaurant felt overpriced, but the service was good. We stayed because it was close to the airport. Not a bad option if you get it on a deal.
Breathtaking hotel and amazing central restaurants and area.
Breakfast was great and staff very pleasant.
Bit tired and room really needed a deep clean, but that’s being really picky.
Definitely stay again!
FOH staff helpful as they assisted us in giving our room early. Some of the staff could be more pleasant and give a smile now and again. Room service was not very good. Rooms do not need carpets as is smells stail 😔
Overpriced, and down at heel. The main attraction of this hotel is it's proximity to the airport.
Everything is worn and falling to pieces.
Towels are stained, bedsheets torn etc.
The staff were not ever competent. I had big disruption flying from London (the first time I stayed) - and emailed them to tell them the next flight I could get was two days away. When I arrived they had cancelled my booking.
I couldn't get the lights to work so showered in the dark this time.
For £100 a night for a single bed and no breakfast in India - there has been a full range of much better options around.
