I booked a 3 night stay, but left after one night. The room i got was facing the street, there is a lot of traffic and a tram line going every few minutes, also at night. The problem was, that the balcony door in my room, didn't close tightly shut, it needed to be adjusted, so I could hear everything from the street. I went to the reception in the evening and asked, if I could get another room, maybe the following day, but she said everything was booked, but I could ask the next day. The next morning, after very litlle sleep, I went to the reception again and explained my problem. The guy didn't seem that interested in helping, he just looked at the screen and said everything was booked. I asked if they could maybe fix the door then, but that was not an option. So I decided to leave and booked another hotel. He didn't offer me any refund or compensation, just said he was sorry. Sorry is nice, but dosent help my sleep ;)

Solides Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe. Zimmer sind vernünftig und sauber; teilweise schon etwas Nutzung/Verschleiß erkennbar jedoch für Kurztrip völlig in Ordnung.

Great little boutique hotel within a few hundred metres of the Central Train station. I loved it, but be aware the Tram line runs directly past the hotel so some people may find the noise a bit annoying but it didn't bother me at all.

男性の受付の方が非常に優しく、丁寧に英語で接客してくださいました。日本人の私たちでも安心して利用することができました。 部屋も非常に清潔で心地よかったです。ただ、トラムの音は少し気になりました。交通の便が非常に良いため、全然嫌に思うほどではありませんでした。 ポットがなかったのが私たちからすると不便に思うところでしたが、使わない人からしたらなんの問題もなさそうです。 総じて素敵なホテルでした。

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel was the available parking and its close proximity to tourist attractions.

We loved our stay at Augusten, it was a five minute walk from Munich Hbf and an easy walk to many popular attractions. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to tourists who enjoy walking and exploring.

Es war soweit alles Sauber und in Ordnung. Allerdings kann man zur Straßenseite nicht schlafen da die Straßenbahn auch Nachts fährt.

It was noisy at night from people talking and yelling outside the hotel window. The tram is also rather noisy. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We did wish that we could have a cip of coffee or tea in the morning.

Great place to stay
Great hotel near the central train station. Our room was very modern and clean. The neighborhood is good; outside the touristy area. Access to public transportation via the train station and street bus makes it easy to get around. There aren’t a lot of amenities with the hotel but great place to stay.

A bright compact hotel 5 - 7 minutes walk from the main railway station that appeared clean,neat and tidy throughout.I've been to Munich a few times over the years and of the hotels I've stayed in this is one of only two that I would definitely consider again.

Keine Klimaanlage bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Zimmer falsch gelüftet, dunkle Vorhänge nicht zugezogen, Brutkasten. Nachts lüften wegen Verkehrslärm erst sehr spät möglich.Zu viele Ansprechpartner Wechsel an der Rezeption.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung.Es ist leider nicht üblich für ein 3 Sterne Hotel eine Klimaanlage anzubieten.In jedem Zimmer steht ein Ventilator zur Verfügung und unsere Zimmer werden bei der Reinigung immer gut gelüftet was bei solchen Temperaturen nicht immer gut funktioniert.Bei Hotel Buchungen empfehlen wir generell, immer die Ausstattung des Hauses zu berücksichtigen bevor eine Buchung vorgenommen wird.

Absolut spitzenmäßiges Hotel
Sehr gutes Hotel 5. Etage, Familienzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Klimaanlagen, tägliche sehr gründliche Reinigung, sehr leckeres and reichhaltiges Frühstück welches man auch im hergerichteten Hinterhof genießen kann, Personal außerordentlich freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit - Unser Aufenthalt war SO gut, daß wir auch dort wieder im nächsten Jahr buchen.

Good hotel close to station
A nice stay just a little walk away from central station. Hotel was clean and looked really new. Room had everything you need and there was only few things to complain. One negative side was that there wasn't any AC on the room. It was one of the hottest days of the year during my visit and the room got somewhat hot. Another a bit annoying was the sound that tram produced. But never the less, a good stay.

Clean and well maintained hotel near to the main tourist district of Munich. Staff were helpful and the hotel benefits from being close to many public transport and dining options. It is worth noting the tram runs right past the hotel, running periodically all night and there are no tea\coffee making facilities. However the interconnecting rooms we shared with our teenage children had a small ajoining sitting area, the beds were comfortable and the rooms and hotel were very clean.

Good, clean, but very noisy with opened windows.
The hotel is well positioned, near the Hbf, clean. However, it does not have air conditioning and if one opens the window, the tram is just below the window making disturbing noise when it enters the square and there is lots of noise from bars in the street. With windows closed, it is OK, good noise isolation.

Well located for the main railway station and walking to central areas, though the lack of air conditioning meant we did not sleep well. It was helpful that there was a fan in the room, but unfortunately given how warm it was when we visited in June it was still uncomfortable at night. Good facilities in the hotel otherwise. Multicultural area, not far from main areas of tourist interest. Great breakfast (cash only) at California Bean just down the road.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Room is very clean and comfortable. Parking is just beside the hotel, very convenient. A lot restaurants locate at same street and sightseeing places are not far, highly recommend to tourists.

No AC , very loud tram all night long! It only stops form 1:30AM to 5AM. Being close to the central station, it attracts some shady characters that booze around in the streets all night. It may be conviniently located close to the central station and 1 mile from Marienplaz but it is simply not possible to have a good night of sleep with the noise and lack of air conditioning . Now , if you sleep like a rock and like the heat or book you trip when the weather is cold is a different story. The bed is nice and the hotel Installations are modern. I just can’t recommend it !
