A great hotel in a great location. Close to the München Hbf and the also the Theresienwiese. Old Town is also within walking distance too.

The hotel was very clean and provided all we needed for our stay. The area was a little sketchy at night time, but once on the property there was no reason to feel unsafe. Hotel staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Eco friendly hotel.

Wellcome/check in was great. Very helpful reception desk. Comfortable room, enough space. Old but clean towels and bed covers. Delicious open buffet breakfast, especially cold buffet. (Hot part could be developed). Fresh filter cafee. Location could be tricky for young couples and families, street is a bit dark and away from main road. The only issue I faced was that my room was not ready despite the fact that I asked for room cleaning . There was a miscommunication between reception and housekeeping. They apologized and immediately made the room but I had to wait.. Anyway owerall good price/product/service equilibrium. I recommend this hotel, especially for short stays.

Room size is good enough for 3 persons , rather good & new facilities could be just upgraded! Great location near Central Station & Old Town of Munich in walking distance!

Una grata experiencia
Buenas instalaciones y estuvimos tres personas muy cómodas en la habitación, solo que el área de la regadera es muy pequeña en proporción al tamaño del baño. Desayunos sabrosos y la atención del personal muy atentos y amables. Gracias por todo.

Room was so small, no bathroom door, I understand was October Fest but paying €250 for a very very small room couldn’t even turn around was ridiculous

The Hotel is great and very close to the central station. The staff in the reception is very good. helpful, polite. Except the area close to the central station, everything is great. AC is good and nice hotel.

Hotel is new and modern. I stayed at multiple hotels in Munich, and this one was probably the most modern. They also had an excellent use of space even in smaller rooms. The area is okay but may take some getting used to. Any hotel near the main station has to deal with some sketchiness. This one isn't too bad because at least there aren't any strip clubs on the street. It's a quieter street for sure, for being walking distance to the main station.

Breakfast service lady was very unprofessional , cold, almost racist attitude! Breakfast item’s super delicious, healthy and very well prepared!!! Major major parking issues in this hotel I would not go back to this hotel because of the terrible parking situation!

Nice hotel
A bit further from the train station than expected but close enough. Nice staff and courtyard. Small room but pretty new. Tea kettle in the room. The prise is ok since we got a discount.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Great breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Easy walking distance from train terminal and tram links (even with a suitcase). Not too far from tourist attractions. Quiet on floors 2 & 3. Shame about the street it’s on. During our stay in Aug 2024, the street was full of strip clubs, shady phone shops and beggars.

Great location. Everything we wanted to see and do in Munich was within walking distance. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! We were disappointed that there was no common area for our group to meet, have a drink and play cards, the common area at the hotel is part of their bar.
