The staff were all wonderful, but my special thanks to Zina for going above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable, thank you so much, Zina! The beds are SUPER comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic, in fact it was the only hotel I stayed in in Germany with effective air-conditioning! This hotel is in a perfect location and is BY FAR the best value in Munich city centre!!!!

This location is fabulous, and we would highly recommend it. Our only drawback was housekeeping. During our 9-night stay, we had to request fresh bedding after five nights, and while the bathroom was cleaned and the bed made daily, the room itself wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Better communication about what to expect from daily housekeeping would be helpful, especially since we were initially told the room would be cleaned each day. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great location in Munich. There wasn’t a lift available for the upper floors making it difficult for older people. Our shower flooded the bathroom and got into bedrooms, but the staff took care of the problem immediately.
