Well communicated hotel

Excellent hotel with a wonderfull breakfast. Quite close to Ostbahnhof, so it was easy to reach the city center by busm, tram, S-Bahn or U-Bahn and the airport as well. Rooms facing the railway are a little bit noisy.

The staff, bistro & breakfast are ALL top notch. We stayed in an Accessible room, which is obviously intended for W/C guests. I only need safety rails in the shower, but this was all they had. I believe using this shower was unsafe for me. Water went all over the floor making it slippery, Hand rails were not placed where a guest can use them -unless they are in a W/C. Toilet was awkward. Also, TV options were terrible. There was an obvious glut of liberal/socialist news programs. Ugh. No worthwhile movies or shows, with just a smattering of languages other than German.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was excellent. All staff were very helpful. The only issue was noise from outside, trams and trains etc. But this obviously, is outside the hotels control. We would return again.

This was the best stay I've ever had in a hotel. Hands down. The staff was accommodating and understanding. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient for transportation, with the electric train and the underground located right outside. The breakfast was fantastic. The room service food was very good. The cleaning service for the room always knocked it out of the park. The entertainment options in the room were convenient. All-in-all, my family of 4 (two young children) had a wonderful time, and we'd be quick to come back to Munich, if for nothing more, coming to this hotel once again.

Uygun fiyata kaliteli konaklama

2 gece aile olarak konakladık. Önünden geçen tramvay ile merkeze kolay ulaşım var. Ostbahnhof’a yakın olduğu için diğer şehirlerden ulaşım kolay. Odalar çok temiz ve kullanışlı. Kahvaltısını çok beğendik.
