"This hotel has an amazing location, is clean, modern and a great overnight stay. No complaints whatsoever. However, there is an opportunity to improve the customer experience with a bit more human interaction or staff. The automated process was a bit sterile and there were delays for customers when staff had to help people with the automated check-in process. There was only one staff member available, that I saw at the front entrance. This happened several times while we passed through the hotel entrance. Even with this small inconvenience I would very much recommend."
