Ottimo appartamento in zona tranquilla

Appartamento ben equipaggiato, ideale per sentirsi a casa anche in un viaggio d'affari. 7 minuti a piedi da Hauptabahnof. Unica pecca la connessione internet un po' lenta.

The information and photos that were posted on Expedia do not accurately represent the hotel in person. On Expedia, the place looked very clean and well kept but when we got there, our room was incredibly small for two people (we didn’t have room to place our suitcases). Additionally, everything in the room is incredibly old and smelled like mildew.

We chose this location because we were going to Oktoberfest. As far as location, it is perfectly located if you were going to Oktoberfest. It is no more than a five minute walk. Also liked this location because the hotel was tucked away off the street and therefore you didn’t have a lot of noise of people passing by. As far as the room goes. It was clean, but I was disappointed that there were absolutely no towels available or shampoo or tissues. It slept four people, but you are all in one room, so if you don’t like one another, I would not get this room lol. It was a queen size bed, and then two single beds. When we did need something, all we had to do was call the owner and for the most part He would bring us what we needed fairly quickly. I think we would stay there again because our family doesn’t mind being in close quarters but again if you are not that kind of people this may not be for you.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage. Das Appartement war OK. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, auch wenn die Bettwäsche bei den Kindern dreckig war. Die Badezimmer Rochen sehr unangenehm, was auch für die 5 Handtücher gilt, die dort zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Die Tür zum Bad quietscht elendich laut, genauso wie die fünfte Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer. Hygieneregeln werden dort nicht eingehalten. Gerade beim Türöffner zu merken. Keine Desinfektion. Gleich beim Reinkommen sass eine Schwabe auf dem Küchentisch. Daraufhin haben wir beschlossen, das Appartement nur als Schlafmöglichkeit zu sehen und sind jeden Tag essen gegangen, sowohl zum Frühstück, als auch zum Abendbrot. Eine schöne grosse Terrasse ist dabei, allerdings waren die Tische und Stühle auch nicht sauber. Die Waschmaschine würde ich nicht nutzen. Sah nicht hygienisch aus. Die stadtnähe macht vieles wieder gut. Mit etwas mehr Sauberkeit, wäre es ein top Appartement. Ich denke, dass man

Terrible Service

Due to the Corona virus and due to two deaths in the family, both of which were going to be on the trip, and due to federally mandated travel restrictions, we decided to cancel the trip. I contacted the property owners about six weeks prior to the trip to cancel and receive a refund. They never contacted me back and never offered any refund or, at the very least, any voucher. I would not choose this place.

Not a nice stay

Poor communication from management, uncomfortable beds, no cleaning supplies. This place looks like a frat house, not like a properly thought out apartment. Don’t recommend it and wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean and Spacious

We had a comfortable stay. Place had a lot of rooms and toilets which is great for a family of 6. The bathroom also had a bidet, something we found uncommon in germany hehe. However, we found some of the motion sensitive lights a bit uncomfortable, especially the ones in the bathroom, since they would just turn off even if someone was still inside. Overall, place was very clean and spacious

Excellent place to stay in a beautiful city

The apartment has great self catering facilities and a washing machine which made it the best aparthotel we have stayed in. The location was very central so was perfect for seeing the sights and getting to and from the main train station. The soundproofing was perfect as we did not have any problems with the noise you can sometimes get in cities. We would definitely stay here again.

Le vacanze più brutte della mia vita

Deludente sotto ogni punto di vista: non adatto a famiglie italiane, odori e rumori sgradevoli in qualsiasi orario , pulizia zero, lavandino del bagno otturato, un solo asciugamano per tre giorni, lenzuola vecchie, posizione lontana da qualsiasi servizio, nessun supporto in loco . Le foto non corrispondono a realtà . Pagato tanto per aver avuto poco.

Stayed 29 June to 3 July, 2019

We spent four nights at the Munich Aparthotel. We primarily chose this property for its proximity to the central train station. Although the owners do have a sign close to the street, it is easy enough to miss (especially at night), making finding the entry to the apartment building via the back parking lot, somewhat difficult. The room was clean and comfortable. The television and wifi worked well, although the wifi network information in the room did not provide access to the internet. After a call to Hotels.com customer service, they were able to get in touch with the building manager who provided another network for us to join. The apartment is well located. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, and a 25-30 minute walk to Marienplatz. Yet, it is far enough away from the train station that you do not have to contend with some of the seedier aspects in the immediate vicinity of the bahnhof. All in all, we found this property to be reasonable value for the money.

Central location, close to Theriesienwiese subway stop and Central train station, short walk into Munich’s city centre. Relatively affordable, well equipped. Apartment 201: Very small and cramped (living room is the hallway, kitchen is in a cupboard, small beds, washing maschine next to toilet - don’t drop your washing!). Looks clean enough but floor hadn’t been mopped, dirt under sofa, dirty shower curtain. Bathroom very smelly. Air-con didn’t work properly and dripped, looked like a DIY job with extension cord and hole in the wall. No housekeeping. Not sure about security as front door open all day (and night?) and room keys in doors for days. The apartment had a big balcony: the extra space was welcome but our 1 yr old could fit through the rails! Ultimately, you get what you’ve paid for, ok apartment, good location, could do with a bit of maintenance and better service but luxury accommodation it is not,

整體設備蠻齊全，房東人很好好溝通，地理位置不錯，兩人入住空間偏小，洗澡的蓮蓬頭不方便使用，環境不衛生，很多地方都有毛髮殘留，連浴室門框上都黏有好幾根別人的毛髮，沙發上的枕頭應該都沒有在洗，有很濃的體味，不建議愛乾淨的人入住。

写真と違い部屋が狭かった。その割に料金が高いと思う。 テレビのつけ方も、分からず電話で連絡したら、すぐ係りが来てくれて教えてくれたが、洗濯機も使い方が不明で、かなりの時間を取られてしまった。タオルの清潔感に疑問が残った。 駅から割と近くてよかった。

They room was very clean and VERY spacious. They property manager was very nice and accommodating. The property was located in an unusual area, slightly off the road, but we had no issues with it. Not a typical hotel with amenities, but we were fine with that, since we were on the move, most of the time. Very close to the central train station, and other public transportation.

公寓式房間，設備齊全，包含廚房及洗衣機，就像住在家裡。離火車總站步行10分鐘，入住前需電話聯絡，不然找不到人帶你進房間。位於安靜的街道，但沒有感覺到不安全。
