Stayed at property last year for a week and it was pleasant, this year I cannot express the same. To start the air conditioning the room did not work and only blew air hotter than the devil himself, which led to a nosebleed of that a college student in Miami in the 1990’s. Next the black mold hiding in the shower area behind the tile that was coming unglued , this may be because there’s no exhaust or ventilation. There’s nowhere for the air and moisture to escape this is not acceptable. I slipped multiple times and caught myself dancing alone because there’s no traction on shower floor. The toilet, the smell it made me reminisce of that of the men’s bathrooms at Oktoberfest in Munich in 2005…very pungent. The front desk said the room was cleaned but I disagree. The shower was the perfect size for a hobbit, and the water temperature would fluctuate between a scorn German woman and hades himself. The courtyard was supposed to be a quiet place, and as seeing that, the air conditioning didn’t work we had to have the windows open, but hearing blood curdling screams throughout the night made it quite uncomfortable. The front desk was also notified about this. Every complaint mentioned here was notified to the front desk. The hotel is close the the 23 and 27 tram. The breakfast and the tall German Lady with blonde hair (she’s a kind hearted gem) are the only things that are worth a damn in this whole place.
