"Really no price-value. Paying 15 euros rather than the 60 would be more adequate for the untidiness and filthiness of the room and bathroom. Being unprepared in recieving a guest cannot excuse that level of uncleanliness. Finding a dirty shirt that wasn't mine was the moment I decided to sleep in my clothes in the bed. "This hotel was like a little apartment. I had my own kitchen, with dishes and cookware. a large bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel was quiet. And being right on the bay offered excellent views. They have a little area on the bat with chairs and tables where you could sit and have a drink or morning coffee. Downtown Kotor can get packed, but this area is not crowded.
