"The location was amazing but also led to the downside of my stay. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often. I thought I’d use the pool but didn’t (is is next to and visible from reception). My fav pick for Sydney CBD...

"The cleanliness of the room service is quite inadequate. They are not completing the entire cleaning process. On the final day of my stay, I misplaced my face cleanser bottle. I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings. I stayed for four nights, but the loss occurred only on the last night. I feel that their honesty is questionable. I hope the hotel management will take this matter into...

"These are apartments are well located for circular quay, bangaroo and darling harbour. Check in is good but would say the apartments need a lick of paint and new upholstery, but well worth the price and they have all amenities and are quiet"

"3泊滞在しました。 ボンダイジャンクの駅を出て右、数メーターに入り口がありました。 ホテルの裏にバスターミナルがあり、シティまで20分ほど、ボンダイビーチに10分ほどで行か事ができ、交通の便が大変良かったです。 18階の部屋からは、ハーバーブリッジ、オペラハウスが見え、ハーバーもばっちり見えました。 広過ぎる室内は、清潔とは言えませんでしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。 バストイレは各２つ、ランドリールームには乾燥機が備えられ、毎日洗濯が出来ました。（洗剤はありませんでした） キッチンは大きな食洗機（洗剤あり）があり、1日分が一度で洗えました。 他に食器、鍋類など、不足分がないくらい充実していました。 清掃は1週間に１回しか入ってもらえませんでしたが、タオルは言えば持ってきてもらえました。（使用したタオルが溜まっていきました…言えば取りに来てもらえたのかも） 駅から近い、ホテル周辺はスーパー、路面店、ブランドショップが入っているショッピング施設があり、楽しめました。 コスパがとても良い宿泊先で、とてもお勧めなホテルです。"
