The main pool area has been overcrowded. The slippers dropped by people everywhere and anywhere around the pool.
Check in time starts 15:00 and everyone had to queue to get into hotel. Blocking the entrance for other people.
I booked two rooms for my family. And my friend’s family one room. We have asked for rooms to be on the same floor next to each other it was not accommodated when we arrived. I was given one room on the 3rd floor and another on the 4th floor. It has been changed on a request to the same floor but had to wait to be cleaned even though it was 30 min past check in time. even though it was on the same floor but my two rooms and my friends room were not next to each other as we asked when made a booking we had few kids between families its was quite disappointing that our request has not been listened to.
The last bit. I have forgotten a bag of my shoes in the room and only realised it when left hotel and was miles away. Called hotel asked to check with cleaners. I was promised a call back and it never happened. For the cleaners I hope you enjoyed 5 euros tip and found the shoes useful!
Other than that the place is beautiful, few minutes from the beach, food has been great."
