"I was very disappointed with my stay. There were several issues that made the experience stressful instead of enjoyable. First, there was not enough body wash provided, which was inconvenient. "Outdated. No fridge. Low water pressure. The area did not feel very safe to us(only girls). However, free water and coffee was excellent. Temp control works well. Metro station is close by. Overall satisfied but far from most of attractions. "

"I gave it a 3-star rating because of the bathroom, which is in the tiny room with a thin, plastic sliding door which had 2 inch gaps on either end. The toilet may as well have been in the room. No one wants to do their bathroom business with your partner 3 feet away. It's totally inappropriate and I would never stay there again. The room was nice and the bed as well. I get that the rooms are tiny but if that's the case invest in a thick, solid door so people can maintain their dignity. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price.
