"I didnt like that their policy is anyone over the age of 1 pays like an adult, my son is 3 and sleeps with us and shares food with us. So thats $15 extra per night. Other than that its a clean and modern hotel and the restaurant has good food"

"Ein wirklich schönes, ruhiges, sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück war immer lecker, gab für jeden etwas. Parken kostet 5 Euro pro Nacht, ist aber vollkommen ok da sich die Parkplätze in einer Tiefgarage befinden. Gerne wieder!"

"Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie."

"It’s a decent hotel but surrounded by industrial land uses. So, while it is close to the City Center its doesn’t feel walkable or particularly safe. We ended up taking cabs. There are two elevators but only one worked and it is small so the mornings were chaotic. I never saw anyone fixing the elevator, which was strange. It was like they didn’t care that only one small elevator worked,"

Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup. "Da ist gerade (Mai 2026) eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir hatten im EG unser Zimmer direkt vor der Baustelle, weshalb unser Ausblick durch einen Sichtschutz gehindert wurde, sehr schade. Das Hotel war aber trotzdem top von der Lage und es war auch alles sauber."

"This was a great place to stay during our vacation. The area gets pretty busy during the day with multiple tour bus drop offs but slows down towards the end of the evening. The amenities were okay. The AC worked alright in the room but could have been better. It would be nice if they were able to cool the hallways and lobby like their other hotels, it would probably help a lot."

"They upgraded us to a triple with a terrace which was super nice. We enjoyed the views. It was very relaxing. The only complaint we had was the beds are not the softest. They were not terrible but could have been more comfortable. It wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for us tho bc the hotel was nice. The parking is just about 509 meters from the hotel up some stairs. Not far at all."
