"The cabin was fairly clean inside, a couple of window ledges were dirty, ants were a problem, they were everywhere, but the biggest issue was the state of the windows, cobwebs everywhere, really dragged the cabin down."

"With 2 houra notice, they provided a clean room, comfy bed, and a shower to die for! After hrs check in was a breeze! Faultless! "

"Very hard to get in touch with staff. Didn’t see any staff on our two day stay. Extremely loud property (which is due to location) Pool had algae on the bottom. Very tired accommodation- fine if you are desperate for a place to sleep. "

"Well located a few km south of Shepparton on the main road into town. Only a few km from a small shopping centre. Set back far enough from the road that it was quiet, with a nice outlook over grass to fields. Good value."

"Low cost value for money. Rooms with twin beds available. Will continue to book when passing through Shepparton. Freshly painted throughout. Rooms are small. Glass doors open onto well maintained lawn area with pool beind. Do miss the microwave. "

"We stayed on a Saturday and the office closed at 5pm. There was an issue with the TV sound. I rang the motel number to get assistance but was put through to a call service. No-one bothered to ring me back so I had to sit on the end of the bed as I could barely hear the TV. The drinking glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned properly ( they had lip marks on them). The room was very small compared to every other Mantra I’ve stayed at. No counter to put your bag on in the bathroom. The towels...

"Bunk beds incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky with every slight movement. Double bed quite comfy. Felt a bit unclean, very small unit but fine for a couple of days. Easy check in and out, secure access and a good kids playground. Shared amenities very clean and updated, shame the cabins haven’t been updated in the same way"

"The room was clean, but cutlery could do with a serious washup. Amenities were great (tv, couch,bed, table and chairs) especially for that price point. Property is quiet and adequate number and size of parking spaces. Zero noise from adjacent rooms. Would stay there again."
