"Despite turning up in biker gear I was welcomed warmly by the lady on reception. The breakfast options were explained and I went to the room. The room was clean and had a good array of bits and pieces, 2 small waters, dental care kit etc, a hairdryer with additional bits I don’t know the use for being A; male and B; bald. "I found the hotel centrally located in the old city centre with cathedral & Plaza Nueva nearby. It’s a 20min walk to the airport bus stop and the Guggenheim museum. Countless cafés, bars and restaurants are around. The room was very clean and had tv, aircon, hairdryer, capsule coffee maker and electric heater. I liked the decoration and the balcony. "Beautiful place, friendly staff, the bathroom was amazing, already booked to return. Drinks service was slow but I didn’t really care because I was in no rush. Pool not being included was a shame, so we didn’t use it and it’s €20 am hour for late checkout so we didn’t use that either but it was a really nice place right in the heart of Bilbao"

"Nous avons resté ici en décembre et j'adore cet hôtel ! The location is excellent and close to the bus station which makes coming and going from the airport or other cities super convenient. The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean.
