"Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area. "Great stay as always, whilst some of the rooms are a little dated, they are spotlessly clean with always plenty of hot water and more than adequate heating. Staff excellent, and spa area is nice to have after a day skiing. "

"Arrived early 1pm room was however available . If we wanted to use it early we needed to pay 15 euros which we did as it had snowed and was cold . Check in is not until 5pm and you have to check out by 10 am , not even 24 hours ! Room was cold 17 degrees radiator did not work air conditioning unit inadequate for size of room . No tea / coffee facilities in room . Breakfast not included . We were moved to another room which was much warmer . However tap in bath was loose and shower leaked all...
