"Staff was very accommodating. A great option to avoid the stress of attempting to travel with lugggage on cable system to center city during transit strike, and worse yet attempting to return for flight during strike. Boxes are hot and not soundproofed however. "

"We had a lovely room overlooking the plaza out front. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of markets and restaurants, etc. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight being delayed and the staff was able to help us get checked in, no problem. We had a great stay! "
