However, there were a number of disappointments: Outlets didn’t work House phone didn’t work to order room service Faucet in bathroom wouldn’t shut off Ran out of towels because staying there 4 days room got cleaned once Other than that- nice hotel Parking charges are RIDICULOUS"

"Pro: beds are comfortable CONS: -the photos are very misleading. - windows are super old and you can hear everything single car passing by and this hotel is right at the busy road -The property is dirty, old and not maintained. -The carpets are very dirty and stinky. -The bathroom smelled like WEED since it has general shared ventilation. - AC was disfunctional - Toilet didn’t flush! - advertising said free continental breakfast but at 7 am they had half empty containers of drip coffee and a few paper cups and sugar. - cafeteria is nothing like on the pictures. It is a filthy trashed room with dirty chairs. - at 7 am there were a group of people play LOUD rap music with buffers and large speakers in the dining area. The music was so dirty, indecent and filled with profanity that I took my children and left. -another guy who clearly had mental issues and seemed to be drunk was trying to talk to me and my child. - this place is NOT safe and management had no problems with that whole thing."

"Excellent location-across the street from the harbor and convention center. Hotel room is very nice. Great gym. Good good choices in the hotel. Starbucks and sundry store on 2nd floor. Self park is literally 20 steps from the hotel. Valet option too.Tip: if you self park, use the direct LAZ QR code option at the front desk because it allows you to park for 26 hours for $32. The hotel self park option is $34 for you to park til only 3pm the next day. Why? Who knows. It is the same parking structure…and valet is $48."

"Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the neighboring room was extremely noisy with constant door slamming. Staff did nothing after we complained, so we could barely sleep. There was also no safe for valuables. Overall, I would not recommend staying here."
