"So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

"What a delightful surprise! The evening meet & greet was really nice. I travel often to STL so I’d definitely make this my hotel. I liked it much better than my IHG rewards."

"Air conditioner didn't work the best and the pool wasn't unlocked at 9am when I went down to take a swim. Not very soundproof so bring earplugs. The breakfast had no protein options other than the sausage in the gravy. Halls smelled funny. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable."

"Was checked into a room and got to room someone had been there before me to still beds was slept in then complained was moved to different room bed sheets had black marks on both beds only one towel and it had black marks on the towel."

Second room air conditioning was good, however-this room didn’t have a fridge(need to store my medications). Then we asked about that and were told up charge, we said ok, never received it…"
