Room was clean and hotel staff says they’re going to be updating property which it needs but everything was very clean. Bedding very nice and great selection of pillows. "It’s a clean property and easy to find. I love the room set up except for whoever thought it was a good idea to not have bathroom doors that block light. That’s a bigger Springhill problem though "

"it was surprizingly quiet. the tv was not working so they replaced it. bathroom vent and table legs dusty. good selection at breakfast but potatoes were undercooked and cold. and whoever is doing the remodel is inexperienced and sloppy."

"Pool was closed since the previous week. We rented here because it had an indoor pool and we had 2 kids with us. We should have been informed prior to check in. Toilet was broken in one room. Clerk was friendly and helpful but being the only employee, had to wait for her to come to try fixing it. No soap or shampoo in either room. Our " Suite" was supposed to have a whirlpool tub, no tub. We stayed one night, left early next morning without the breakfast buffet that was advertised, there was next to nothing there as far as food. Didnt get a refund because we had booked through a 3rd party, Hotels.com Dealing with them is no better. They make it incredibly difficult to report an incident. "

"I was uneasy this stay, daddy long legs in the bathtub and bullet hole in the window. Window sheers were torn and definitely the room needed upgrades"
