"We only stayed the one night as we were passing through to visit family in Macclesfield. It was easy to get to and the surrounding scenery was stunning. Checkin was clear with reception and very informative. We had a queen size bed a kitchet with all amenities. There was a walk in shower and plenty of closets space. Very clean and tidy. "Our stay was a very positive one. We just needed communication re booking in process by text, not just email. On the road, I had no access to email and had to get my son to retrieve booking info for us. This was the only problem with the stay - breakfast hamper was excellent!!"

"Very relaxing stay, gorgeous place, loved the fire-pit, private sauna and views. Only minor issues, fridge was missing door rack so couldn't put open bottle of wine in there, no reply from host when pointed it out. Stools very flimsy, worried they would break when sitting on. Robes and slippers would have been nice as bathroom tiles were freezing. Otherwise enjoyed the region and wineries. "
