"Connie checked us in and took great care of us. She let us check in a couple of hours early. She pointed out the good and bad places to eat in town. She saved us $10 a day in parking fees by letting us park at their sister hotel closer to the heart of downtown Helen. The deck area by the pool was a great place to watch the sunset as it is perched on the edge of the parking lot with great views of town. The City Park is walking distance across the street as well as restaurants and gas stations....

"When we checked in the lady was very nice and pleasant. The room was okay somewhat out dated more than expected. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The young man that was there the next morning was not very friendly. The breakfast was not at all what the lady said it was going to be. Hard boiled eggs that were not done, mini sausages biscuits that were still frozen from the box they were dumped out of, gravy made in a coffee pot that was watered down. The young man only had on one glove...
