"Good location, good services "

"Not a lot of shops nearby. Restaurants are very spread out and scarce in this area. The rooms are very nice, but a touch on the small side and the lighting in the room was pretty dim. But overall, this hotel was an excellent day."

"The room was slightly bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. Def still tight though if you have a lot of luggage. The amenities were good and we liked the bathroom. The spot is very convenient. The view from our room was nice. We know it’s next to the red light district, but if you are from America it def doesn’t feel like that and the people standing outside have big jackets on. It’s very easy to ignore them. Plus the area has so many restaurants and people around that it kind of jus feels like they are just there."

"The restaurants that was located within the hotel was amazing and all of the staff was very friendly Very well centrally located I felt like I was in the middle of everything.. When I go back To Tokyo I will be staying here great job everybody"

"Great location! Great room with amazing views! We stayed in 4 different hotels this last trip to Japan and this one was by far our favorite. The check in lobby isn’t until the 18th floor! They have so many different things inside this hotel. An arcade, a Starbucks, multiple restaurants! Such a big win!"

"Clean rooms and courtesy. The had and amble breakfast buffet. The bar had a great view and offerings. Perfect if you are staying in Shinjuku"
