"The room was clean and spacious for our family of 3. The staff was very helpful when services were needed. They assisted with check-in, car service to the airport, recommendations for the surrounding area, and answered any questions that we had. We were very close to a konbini and a three-minute walk to the nearest station. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Luggage space was limited. Having a washer/dryer was very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with very nice staff....

"Nice stay. Spacious room for Tokyo. It was clean and nice to stay in an apartment style accommodation. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to Ueno and Akihabara areas. Train station was nearby and great location for quick access to Narita airport. "

Also, they were very helpful at checkout with getting our luggage sent to our next MONday Apart Premium location. The Japanese style room was excellent and the view of Skytree right outside our door was so cool. I would love to stay at the Ueno MONday again sometime & will recommend highly to my friends and family."
