Perfect location near transit, food, and shopping. The room was clean and spacious, and we loved the espresso and matcha machine in the lobby. Would definitely stay again!
Brand new property, room was very clean and nicely layout. The staff was friendly and the location was the best. Laundry facility was great and lobby was very family friendly
Awesome stay! Right near Asakusa station so easy access to train. Also very close to Sensoji temple so the area immediately around the hotel is very picturesque. Super clean & comfy. It was spacious compared to some of the smaller rooms I saw closer into Tokyo central… but still somewhat of a tight squeeze with 3 of us in the room. For the price, we made it work!
Great hotel! They have very nice staff, really clean environment, and amazing entertainment. In the hangout they have free coffee or matcha and a variety of vending machines available;as well as games for you or your kids to play. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable, nice, clean hotel in Asakusa. Next to the Senso-ji Temple
Although we enjoyed our stay at Cross Suites, I can say we wished they had breakfast service for the price we paid. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and very clean.
We absolutely loved our time at the Cross Suites Asakusa as a family with 3 teenage girls. We stayed in the Goldfish suite which had so much character and it was so large compared to other accommodations in Japan. The amenities, including the in room washer/dryer and the coffee/matcha machine downstairs were favorites. The staff were also incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate. One of the best parts was the location... We had a previous stay at a hotel in Shibuya and would choose this location and hotel over it. Having early morning access to Senso-ji Temple is unbeatable and there's so much to do around without the chaos of other areas. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you for everything!
By far the best hotel of our 3½-week Japan & Seoul trip!
We are a family of four — two adults and children aged 13 and 9 — and stayed in more than 8 hotels during our trip. Cross Suites Asakusa was, without a doubt, the favourite hotel of the whole family.
We stayed in a Suite Room during the first part of our Tokyo stay and loved it so much that we decided to come back and stay here again for the second part of our Tokyo trip!
The suite was spacious, modern and extremely comfortable, with a fantastic view of Senso-ji Temple(on higher floor). It was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of room to relax after busy days exploring Tokyo.
The location in Asakusa is excellent, with Senso-ji, restaurants, shops and transport all within easy reach. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
After staying in over 8 hotels, Cross Suites Asakusa genuinely stood out as the best. The fact that we chose to return says everything! We would highly recommend it to families and would definitely stay here again.
I booked this hotel shortly after it opened, expecting a new property with clean facilities and trained staff. Instead, it was a lesson in managing expectations.
Check-in was done through a self-service kiosk. After entering my card and PIN, the machine showed “Payment completed. Please remove your card,” then returned to the start screen. I had to repeat the process three times.
Concerned about duplicate charges, I asked the front desk. I received a smile but no answer. When I asked who to contact if I was charged twice, I was given an explanation of the hotel’s facilities instead. My question was never answered.
Technical issues happen, but what matters is how staff respond when money is involved. Unfortunately, no reassurance was provided.
The hotel charges extra for bed-making during longer stays. That’s their policy, but I expected better room maintenance.
Despite being less than a month old, the room had dust under the sofa, a clogged air purifier filter, and dirt behind the desk.
I requested cleaning of the air purifier, missing towels, and trash collection. When I returned at 2:40 p.m., nothing had been done.
Our reservation was for four guests, but towels were prepared for only two.
A new hotel should offer more than a new building. Even at one-quarter of the price, I would not return.
Very family friendly room. When I booked the room said it had three beds though and it did not actually have three beds. Be sure to double check your booking. Was a wonderful stay though
We just spent six nights here after wrapping up the first half of our Japan trip in a typical, cramped hotel room in Osaka, and Cross Suites Asakusa felt like an absolute palace by comparison.
The rooms here are huge—something that is genuinely hard to find in Tokyo without breaking the bank. Having that much space to actually breathe, unpack, and move around made such a massive difference, especially after being squeezed into standard Japanese hotel quarters for nearly a week.
Beyond the incredible room size, the property is modern, exceptionally clean, and located in a fantastic, vibrant neighborhood. If you are tired of tiny hotel rooms and want comfort, space, and top-tier amenities, this is the place to stay. It was awesome from start to finish, and we wouldn't hesitate to book here again!
