Literally my staying was more than perfect , everything was awesome and the staff was super amazing and always at your disposal for every need, everyone very professional and so friendly that they will make you feel like being at your own home. The rooms were clean, however one was not as described. The "Standard Room, Multiple Beds" contains only a King bed and NOT a King bed plus Twin bed. It took some convincing to secure a rollaway bed. The staff are polite and friendly if a little incompetent.

We were scammed by Expedia on this reservation. During reservation It was specified that the room is with multiple beds (1 king bed + 1 single bed). Accordingly, I selected this room and made the payment. However, during check in, we were informed that the room selected was only with 1 bed (1 king bed) and there will be charges to add another single bed. We ended up paying for the single bed even though the reservation in expedia specified that the room already comes with the additional single bed. Further, we were provided with a smoking room even when the request was clear for non=smoking room. Will avoid this hotel in future and will avoid making reservation through Expedia.
