"Our first room had mold issues that they kindly tried to clean, but the next morning when the water was shut off in the building (due to the city) we decided to leave. After speaking with the owner by phone, he moved us to another building and a lovely, clean room. We stayed 3 more nights and it was lovely. Both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very good, and the beautiful surroundings were very much enjoyed. "

"We arrived and waited for half an hour before we could check in, and then, after we paid on a sketchy POS terminal, the staff walked us toward the room and then only at this time does he mention that the accommodation’s air conditioning wasn’t working. "This property is set in beautiful gardens and provides a peaceful and restful stay. When we stayed , there were two swimming pools available to us. We stayed for dinner one evening , and it was fabulous. Breakfast was plentiful , including lots of local produce. The staff were really helpful and this even extended to giving us a lift down to the centre of the town so that we could make our onward connection without having to carry heavy luggage. It's highly likely we will return.We enjoyed...

"Anne was a very friendly and helpful host. She was a great communicator who went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. She had a great sense of humor and outgoing personality! The property was conveniently located close to the Avignon TGV station. The outdoor space was lovely with wisteria and lilacs in bloom."

"We were in a room in the back area where the gym facility is. The room felt (and smelled) damp but otherwise clean. It is dark due to the one window. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice grounds. Very close to city center, we walked for dinner. The free parking is a great advantage."
