"This apartment was in the best location. It's within walking distance to everything. It was well stocked for cooking and had all the amenities we needed for our 8 night stay. The only negative thing I have to say is that the couch is not comfortable at all and the cushions fall off whenever you try to sit on it. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would stay here again. Hopefully, there will be a new couch soon. :)"

"Loved this hotel. In a quieter area, but withing minutes of walking to the funicular or Petite Champlain. We loved to hang out in the lobby in the late evenings and enjoyed the fireplace and free cappuccinos. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family"

"Great convenient stay for families in the suite. The rooms are quite large, the kitchenette is great, and very clean. The bath amenities are pretty basic and the rooms are a bit industrial and cold. If you are in the suites you do not have immediate access to the main hotel amenities. Would have been nice to have water and coffee makers in the lounge for the suites. "
