"Lovely stay in a very convenient location. I arrived by plane and took a direct train to Gare du Nord, followed by a short 12 minute walk to the hotel. For my return, it was just a 12 minute walk back to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar, which made the whole journey seamless. The hotel is a beautifully designed boutique space, clean, modern, and with a fresh feel throughout. "This hotel was right in the center of Le Marais so very easy to get around, the metro was foot steps away and lots of amazing food & shopping near by. Unfortunately we landed right in time for a random heatwave at the end of May and our ac in the room wasn’t working, they sent up a repair man to fix it which he did but still didn’t seem fully fixed, so we got a fan that somewhat helped. There were some stains on the carpet which wasn’t great but over all it was a spacious room, big long size bed and everything we needed for our 5 night stay in Paris. They have a beautiful court yard to have some good or drinks, with that being said I would recommend staying here."

"Would stay there again. You get your own apartment with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher as well as pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. You also have a balcony with a small table to have coffee outside. The apartment was beautiful, but tight with the sofa bed opened. We had to move a stone coffee table to open the sofa bed. There are no drawers. Our room has a closet with shelves, but our party's other room was a little smaller and did not have the closet. It was very conveniently located by the metro and tons of cafes and bakeries around. There is also a grocery across the street where we could stock our fridge. The most important part of the hotel was the air conditioning because we hit a heatwave of 90 to 95 degrees every day we were in Paris. For the most part it was quiet, but you could hear large trucks once in a while and one or two nights the bar across the street had people spilling out into the street that we could hear."

"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

"The only positive was that the desk agent helped us carry bags up 4 flights of stairs because there is no lift. The entire place was dirty, the shower in the room had someone else’s hair in it still Signs of bed bugs Shelf was hanging off the wall. There were syringes and medical waste on the window ledge outside the room. The shared toilet didn’t flush properly so it wasn’t clean. I’ve seen better conditions in documentaries about labour camps. This place should be avoided. We left and booked another hotel somewhere else and the hotel refused to refund. Their business model is very much based on leveraging non refundable rates. Book if you have a good credit card company that you can dispute the charge through. Travelocity support couldn’t help either. Lesson learned."
