"Very clean room with balcony and an amazing view of the beach and boardwalk. The cleaning staff was helpful and even answered questions about places to eat and walk to. Breakfast was full of fresh fruit, juices, sliced meats and baked breads. Love the front restaurant views as well."

"Free breakfast in the mornings with fresh squeezed orange juice and large selection of fresh foods. A little walk away from the city which is good as no noise from outside will bother hotel guests. Clean room, good size as well."

Clearly a lie—I could have booked 4 rooms on line at the same time I was told there were no rooms. I expect a reply saying “we’re sorry,” or “we’ll learn from this,” or contact us us directly. The usual pr approach to poor service. DON’t stay here!"

There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only.
