"Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, without them the rating would have been lower. The room was basic and tired. Standard continental breakfast was acceptable. Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."
"Almost a disastrous non-stay. I didn't get access at 9pm, even though I had notified my ETA in advance. No entry code sent out in advance. Notice pasted on the door gave an incorrect contact number. Only thanks to a resident exiting the locked front door did I get inside and see a notice with correct contact number. "
"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasnât working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "
