"Our stay at Villa La Capella was nothing short of perfect. The two owners, Paula and Anthony, were both such incredible individuals. I have never experienced anything so warm and welcoming during my travels. The hospitality they provided went above and beyond what anyone would expect or could ask for. My partner and I will be returning again and again, if not for the most gorgeous views of the country side (or the beautiful and elegant Kobe, one of three resident dogs that live there) but for the warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere that Paula and Anthony have cultivated. "A Tuscan Gem with Unmatched Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Villa I Barronci Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We also had a fantastic dinner at the resort. The food was absolutely delicious and a true highlight of our visit. While there was some construction taking place during our stay, it truly didn't take away from the natural beauty of the grounds. The resort is situated in the perfect location for visiting Tuscany’s most scenic spots, and the nearby town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa is such a quaint, lovely place to walk around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming base in the heart of Chianti! "

"What a beautiful location and building! Delicious restaurant and patio onsite. They have very helpful and accommodating staff. The room was quite spacious. Our only complaint would be the terrible mattress- we could feel the springs of the mattress, so we did not sleep so well. Thankfully, it was only one night. Otherwise, we recommend this hotel."

"Advertised as a stay in castle, given an apartment outside the castle at the car park! Last night of stay and the next morning No hot water! No cleaning for 7 days, no change of the sheets or towels. Tree cutting at 8am. Apartment smells like damp. Cleaners while cleaning other apartments talking loudly like they were arguing. The outside look it is amazing, beautiful scenery!"

"The property has a very Tuscan country feel and the staff was very welcoming. It was quiet and safe and the room was clean and large, bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here, the location is a very convenient hub for branching out to see various cities in the Tuscan region."
