Warm onthaal van personeel; kamer en badkamer groot, schoon, voorzien van diverse Rituals producten en zelfs de handdoeken ruiken fris (dat is in hotels wel eens anders..); dakterras fijne plek om te zitten; goede locatie net aan rand centrum voor iets meer rust maar even oversteken en je staat in de foodhallen. Aanrader!"

"Honestly, I was really looking forward to this stay and was disappointed. The first floor is extremely loud if you’re facing the main street and you can hear people walking on the floor above you. When I complained about the noise from above and the people next to me along with the street, the staff asked me if I tried closing the window, I did. Also, I emailed asking about finding pool/beach chairs and was told that I could ask upon arrival. There was no pool."

"This was a lovely hotel! It was new and acted as such! The staff were fabulous particularly Africa, Fernando and Leo(?) at the front desk! So helpful as we discovered the city. The bed was fabulous! If I had a complaint it was the buffet breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming! But I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Malaga! Just fabulous and the area was easy to get around! Loved it! "

"Hotel Ilunion Malaga is in the perfect location within walking distance of the old city on one side and the beach on the other. We stayed in a junior suite, room 703, and the balcony had a lovely view towards the beach. Breakfast was perfect with everything from cereals, continental style and eggs, bacon, beans, etc. The only negative from my stay was the coffee. In the morning there was always a queue for one of the only two machines available and unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait. Other...

"I’d think twice before staying here. Some of staff were quite unhelpful. I was traveling solo and, upon arrival, asked for assistance with my bags while I was the only person in the lobby and there were two individuals working at the front desk, but one of them refused, which was surprising. Additionally, there was black mold throughout the shower."

Gabriela who met us on arrival was super friendly and recommended some tapas restaurants nearby. Although the property overlooks a busy square you can't really hear much at night. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!"

"Great hostel. Very modern and clean. My room was ready when I arrived at midday so I was able to check in early. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a single room with elevated bed. The room is basically a giant white wooden box. Might not be for everyone. Comfy bed with clean linen. Towels provided. Plenty of lighting and charge points. Not the best for sound insulation. I was woken a few times on the first night by doors slamming and people talking loudly. Seemed quieter on the second...
