"Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. "We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. I could imagine myself living here, honestly. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast.
