"This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine."

"Nuestra estadía estuvo bastante bien. La atención de los recepcionistas fue excelente, al igual que la del personal del restaurante Dominga, especialmente Valentina. Como punto de mejora, la atención del personal de aseo podría ser más eficiente. Solicitamos una frazada en tres oportunidades y nunca llegó. Además, no hubo reposición de papel higiénico durante nuestra estadía. Por estas razones, no otorgo 5 estrellas."

"The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests.
