"There was a bar area above the room that I was staying so I heard music playing til midnight. If you don’t like music, you should ask for a room away from the bar. Otherwise the place is in a great location and perfect for a quick stay."

We stayed at signature level, but I don't think it's really worth it to pay extra - there is a separate pool for signature level, but we couldn't get a sunbed there due to guests reserving them with towels early in the morning. "Our room did not have air-conditioning the entire visit. And the staff was not helpful in getting us information about when it would be repaired or if it was repaired. The property itself was in OK condition, but certainly needed some updates particularly in the rooms. The pool and beach were very nice. It is difficult to get transportation to and from the hotel."

"This hotel is fine, but it is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. The rooms are really run down and dirty, smelled like mildew and there were ants all over the floor. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the AC and fridge barely worked. The property itself is nice and the hotel is on the water which is always a perk, but this felt much more like a dingy motel then it did a 4 star resort. We stayed here to be close to a wedding venue which made it worth the stay but there's no other reason to...
