"The staff is great, very knowledgeable and courteous, always providing information, for us to make our stay more pleasant and enjoyable. The location couldn’t ask for a better one walking distance to all the important destinations to visit. For the the time that we stay , which it was very short stay were able to visit many places. Definitely will recommend it. The room were clean."

"Single rooms are a good size, but have no safe in the room. Carrying valuables with you all the time is a pain. Sink in shower room does not have plug closure, so cleaning contact lenses in an open sink is perilous. Do not bother with breakfast as you can get much better further down the street. To be restricted to one small cup of lukewarm cafe con lecce is not providing good customer service. Housekeeping of rooms is excellent. Some other staff need retraining - it is not good practice for...

"An excellent occasion in the heart of the old town. At night it could be a bit noisy if you have a room overlooking the square. However, the windows are double glazed and enhanced the experience rather than being a problem."

"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"I stayed here for the F1 race in Barcelona and the hotel was conveniently located to both the city sites and shops and near local transportation. It was quiet at night for being in the Gothic quarter, very clean, great air conditioning to come back to after very hot days, friendly staff and well priced. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced.
