"From the moment we arrived, the staff took excellent care of us. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a terrace. Great shower, but wish the sink had more counter space. The breakfast selection was very good including fresh made -to-order eggs, pastries, fruits and gluten free options. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Central location in old town near to the market and restaurants/shops."

"The hostel was very cozy and the staff made the stay quite enjoyable. Lounge and kitchen access should be 24 hours and not just until 10 pm. Post check-out, access should be granted to the lounge since check out time is so early in the day. Overall, had a great stay! Would recommend this hostel to other travellers! "

"Huge lovely apartment with a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the cathedral for easy walking around town. Only downside was the amount of noise off the street. Vehicles and people…it hadn’t seemed like a busy street when we arrived but it turned out to be busy late in the evening and then again in the morning. Would be good to have better sound proofing shutters on the windows. Otherwise a fabulous place and would be wonderful for a couple families or small...

"StayInn City Evora is located centrally, in the middle of the action. You can walk to the Chapel of Bones or to the Roman Temple, without issue.you need to check in at the Ale Hop store on the main floor, the staff is nice is friendly. They have a communal area with a kitchen and lau dry machines. Although they do not offer breakfast, guests have access to milk in the fridge and cereal, as well as do e fresh fruit. They provide coffee pods so you can make your coffee as well. Everything is clean...

"I stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. It's in a perfect location, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. And i highly recommend the breakfast, probably more than 60 food options. The rooms are really nice, an awesome bed, really nice shower. And the view to the pool was beautiful. I stayed in early March so too cold for the pool but it looked so inviting. And...the have a small bar. I think would definitely stay again."

"Charming room in a 17th century structure built into the wall of the city and in the shadows of the cathedral. Very centrally located. Lovely breakfast."

"Communication was terrible. We did not get an email with access codes and Limehouse did not send us a phone number to call. I pushed ALL the room bells and a man from Mozambique opened the door for us and called Limehouse for us who then emailed access codes. The same thing happened to EIGHT visitors as we were leaving. Another issue was the shower which required turning the water to a dribble before it overflowed the shower pan. Nice place, poor management."

"This place needs more attention to the interiors. Stained sofa and lots of scraped walls. Main concern for cleanliness was the beds: The bottom sheet was clean, but the duvet covers had obviously not been changed between guests and were soiled (including small blood spots). Looked like they were thrown on the floor (dirt/dust) and then put back on. We found some of the clean linens in the closet, so we ended up changing them ourselves before sleeping in the beds.
