Staff were really helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for restaurants. I especially appreciated the invitation for the wine tasting. The hotel is a beautiful modern building, the reception area with the dramatic circular staircase. The rooms and bathrooms are huge with great finishes. "Receptionist was friendly and respectful. Our room was neat and clean the bed was comfortable the air conditioning worked well. Staff were very friendly and polite especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast was very good lots of choices. The location could not be better! Walking distance to all the museums churches and wonderful shopping and restaurants."
